Featuring Dizzy Dragonflies!

Dizzy Dragonflies is this month's featured Etsy Blogger - and I'm almost too late to feature her! Oops. Which is a real shame - I love her yarn! It's so gorgeous looking! Some time I'm going to have to splurge and by some to play with :) Check it out for yourself:

Painting with Beads

Ever since I first discovered bead weaving I've been impressed with the versatility possible. One thing that particularly stuns me are the artists who manage to use their beads like paint. One of my team mates is one of those artists, and her latest piece has my jaw dropping! So of course I had to share it with you. Enjoy!

A Fairy Tale Tribute

I always love participating in the monthly challenges that the Etsy Bead Weavers do. Sometimes I'm just watching and enjoying, other times I'm actually entering pieces, but I'm always blown away. I thought I'd start doing a monthly post with the top three winners - because they all deserve the recognition!

You Are My Sunshine!

My blog received the Sunshine Award! Isn't that sweet?

Thank you so much Illeana!
Check out this beautiful pendant of hers:

In honor of the occasion I thought I'd do a treasury of team mates
in a Sunshine/Summer theme! These items are taken from the
Etsy Bead Weavers (search ebw team) and the Etsy Bloggers
(search etsy bloggers). I'm pretty sure most or all of them have blogs,
so if your in this treasury - consider your self nominated for the award!
Is this the lazy way? Maybe...but I'm having fun :P

I Want You

Yay - I'm in another treasury! This one is curated by one of my team mates, enchantedbeads, and I love her work! Check out this piece....

The treasury will be up until Wednesday morning - until then you can find it here. My piece is the bottom center.

Artists Exposed

One thing I've seen and enjoyed over my time on Etsy is the "Artists Exposed" treasuries that I've seen! I've run into quite a few just browsing the treasuries, and many of my friends have been in them as well! Well now it's my turn! And it's awefully funny how excited I am about it considering I hate pictures of myself... My brother took the picture and he says it's me in my natural environment :P I'm third row, on the right, with my head cut off. (oops) You can see it here until Monday afternoon and here's my listing.

Treasury Loving :)

Last week one of my hemp bracelets was featured in a treasury! I didn't get a chance to promote the treasury while it was active (life's been like that lately) but Karen was kind enough to send me a screen shot so I can show it off anyway :) I'm the bottom center.

I found this necklace in Karen's shop - Mystic Wind. I fell in love with it instantly because I've always loved the big cats! Small cats I sometimes like and sometimes don't, but I've always thought if I was going to be an animal (and not a mythological one) it would be one of the big cats....
